Returns & Replacements

At Giò Designs, we guarantee our quality and want to ensure you’re excited about your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with one of our products, you can return it within 30 days for a refund with exception of custom made to order items, discontinued items and items marked “non-returnable.” Additional details on returns and how to make one is outlined below:

  • Items with manufacturing defects or delivery damages will either be refunded or replaced, depending on the individual situation. Please call customer service at (800) 674-3344, so we can assist you in correcting the situation.  
  • Any item being returned that is not defective or due to an error on the part of Giò Designs (i.e., wrong item sent) must be returned freight prepaid by the customer, and will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the item price. Please call customer service at (800) 674-3344 prior to returning so we can provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days and without prior authorization to ensure your account is properly credited.
  • Products that have been altered or adjusted from their original state cannot be returned or replaced.
  • Partial and open boxes of frames are not eligible for return. To be eligible for returns, frames must be unopened & unused in their original packaging (including the box).
